You kept the whole wedding party and guests together, organized, happy, handled a list of a million big and little things with kindness, gentle firmness and made everyone feel right at home. Everything was absolutely PERFECT and we loved every minute of our special day! Our friends and family keep telling us how fun and beautiful the wedding and reception were! Lauren lives in the vibrant Mission neighborhood of San Francisco with her husband one block from the cafe where they married and their fur baby Bernese Mountain dog puppy, Franklin.
Where did "Ryder Sloan Events" come from? We get this question a lot and the answer is: Before I was married, my name was Lauren Ryder Sloan. Ryder was my grandmother's maiden name and Sloan was my maiden name. I started the company while dating the man I knew I'd marry (which would mean I'd lose these names,) so naming my company after family is a way of honoring my past. Something I find so important to do as a Southern gal!
